Ingredients:
- 225 g white flour
- 4 tbsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 25 g melted butter
- 300 ml milk
- Baking butter
- 150 g blueberries
- Other fruit
- Honey
Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl.
First stir in the melted butter and beaten eggs. Next, add the milk and beat until light and fluffy.
In a knob of butter, cook pancakes about 8 to 10 cm in diameter. As soon as air bubbles appear and the dough becomes dry, turn the pancake over and cook for a further 30 seconds.
Bake all the pancakes this way and serve with blueberries, other fruit and honey.
